Pilates

  • Ellie is the director of the Lunas Dance Project, a contemporary dance company created to explore experiences, emotions and sensations through defined, connected and flexible movements.

Yoga

  • Tiff Cameron has been teaching yoga in Oxfordshire and Berkshire since gaining her 200 hours qualification from School Yoga in 2014 in Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga, and is a former corporate wellbeing HR Advisor.

    Since then she has continued to pursue her passion for wellbeing by becoming a Northern Thai Yoga practitioner and Ayurveda Massage therapist, as well as teaching Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Mindfulness & Meditation workshops.
